The last event covering the theme of Software Patents and Licensing took place on 9th March 2010 and was greatly received. Don't worry if you missed it as you can download the full presentation here. 

At the event, UCL Business staff together with a guest speaker from London patent attorneys Carpmaels & Ransford provided expert advice on software IP and commercialisation. Also specialist technology transfer solicitors Anderson & Co. ran a masterclass on software licensing strategies with a particular focus on open source software.
